1. Nature of Services

  • All consultations, reports, and astrology services are personalized and based on the birth details you provide.
  • Due to the customized nature of these services, refunds are generally not available once a consultation has been delivered or a report has been prepared.

2. Cancellations

  • Consultations: If you need to cancel a scheduled consultation, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. We will do our best to reschedule your session.
  • Reports: Once work has begun on a personalized astrology report, cancellations are not possible.

3. Refunds for Services

Refunds will only be considered in the following cases:

  • Duplicate payment was made due to a technical error.
  • The service was not delivered due to unforeseen circumstances on our end.
  • A confirmed appointment was canceled by us without offering a rescheduled option.

Refunds will not be provided if:

  • You change your mind after purchase.
  • You are dissatisfied with the outcomes of the astrology guidance (results depend on interpretation and personal belief).
  • You provided incorrect details (date, time, or place of birth).

4. Refunds & Returns for Products

(For gemstones, Rudraksha, yantras, and other spiritual products)

  • Products once sold are non-returnable unless damaged or defective on arrival.
  • Claims for damaged products must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with proof (photo/video).
  • If approved, a replacement or refund will be initiated.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days, depending on your payment method.
